Moldes ITM, is an organization specialized in the design, construction and repair of complex, precision, demanding and high quality molds for the injection of plastics. Moldes ITM has decided to implement a Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001 standard to improve the service he provides to his clients.

The Management of Moldes ITM focuses the Quality Management System to organize the operation of Moldes ITM based on some basic pillars such as the quality of their products, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of the efficiency of the system. For this, the Quality Management System is based on:

  • Quality is based on the Continuous Improvement of the productive processes and the provision of the service, just as the effectiveness of the Quality Management System where preventing errors is a fundamental aspect.
  • Quality leads us to pay maximum attention to the technological evolution and the possible improvements that the new technologies put at our disposal.
  • Quality requires the participation and collaboration of all, so this Policy is transmitted to all Moldes ITM staff for their knowledge and understanding.
